It's the first Sunday after the first full moon after the first day of Spring. So you will always see a bright full moon the week before Easter every year.

The us navy has a website where they give you a list of the date for upcoming Easters for the rest of your life!

Easter is always the first Sunday after the first full moon of Spring. If the March full moon is March 19 Easter won't be until the middle of April. If it comes on Mar. 22 Easter will be in March.

The usual statement, that Easter Day is the first Sunday after the full moon that occurs next after the vernal equinox, is not a precise statement of the actual ecclesiastical rules. The full moon involved is not the astronomical Full Moon but an ecclesiastical moon (determined from tables) that keeps, more or less, in step with the astronomical Moon.

Easter always comes the Sunday after Passover. Jesus celebrated Passover with the disciples, went out to pray, was arrested and Cruicified the day before Jewish Sabbath (Good Friday) and arose the day after Sabbath (Easter Sunday). So really, it is based on the Jewish Calendar.

they don't even know what day Christmas is on, why would they know Easter's date?

well none-the-less we celebrate them on those days because we don't know... well there are the pagan holidays, though .... but here's another factor I'd like to add...

people say "who are we to name the "holy days" well the thing is we are no one. but... it is a day that most of the world is gathered for the purpose ! and that is indeed a good thing- to me at least.

They don't most christian holidays actually take place on the days the Pegan holidays did. It doesn't really matter exactly what day these things happened.
