From what I was reading success has taken a toll on her. It is very possible that some good can come out of this. What if she realizes how lucky she is to be a Hilton? For most of us it would be a for certain sentence. I never try to wish bad upon others so I will wish her luck in her recovery. Yes recovery, she could be a really great role model for young people if she wanted to be. I seen the backdoor video that help launch her popularity. Call me old fashioned but if I had her money I would have done it differently. It would have been more sexy and I would have tightened up her body for the show. I think she could be a lot better.

No you're not. I think a fine would be more appropriate. Now if it was another DUI that's another story.. What about the peo[ple with 10 duis or more driving on a suspended license and killing someone because they're driving drunk and never jailed. HMMMMMMMMMM

I've had second thoughts. I think she does need fine and jail. I think there are way too many people thAT GET A SLAP ON THE WRIST FOR DUI'S AND BREAKING PROBATION. So why shouldn't she. Not because of who she is but because of what she did. AND it should be the same for everyone. Get the drunk drivers OFF the road.

Apparently so! Why should she be given special treatment because of her name? I think she should have gotten even a stiffer sentence and a hefty fine! I don't think she should even be isolated at Lynwood. She should be in with everyone else. Then maybe she would learn a few things about life and how it is for people who aren't handed everything on a silver platter!

I think its terrible that she is going to jail over driving violations.
There are so many people that don't go to jail and have to pay a fine for what she did.
Its not good for her to think she is above the law but when you have been treated this way your entire life what else do you know. I think she would have been better of to receive therapy and community service for families who have been effected by drunk drivers.

You honestly feel bad for her?! She's broken the same law that many times she should've gone to jail ages ago - thank god a judge saw sense over superficiality. I'm glad she'll be off the streets and not being able to drive dangerously - would you feel the same if she had hit someone and injured (or killed them) when she was breaking the law?

Probably, Why should people feel sorry for her, because she is a celebrity. Paris Hilton broke the law and should go to jail just like everybody else, she is not above the law. So, I don't feel sorry for her.

No, you're not alone. Paris might feel bad too. And since she cares more about Paris Hilton than anyone else in the world, that's a lot of sympathy to generate for herself.

put it this way - if YOU broke the law TWICE while on probation - you would've got to jail on the first time.

She's already had her chances and her blonde hair just proves that she is so damn thick.

Hope she stays there.... but reality is ......

she'll take a TV crew in there and make a new TV reality series and make everyone famous in the jail.

:-(

Paris shouldn't have to do jail time, why are suddenly bringing down any celebrity we can in an Anti-Christ like way?
