Er, sorry I'm not a big person on remembering authors. Usually I just look at the back of a book and if I like the summary I try it. It it's bad then I quit (after about five chapters, I give it a chance!) and if it's good I read it. Most of the time I don't even glance at the author even once. I'm trying to do that more often though!
Try looking up those authors on Google and see if you can get some books by them. Or go to your library's website and make a search, instead of searching by title, search by author.

Shel Silverstein is awesome. My favorite book by him is The Giving Tree. Great book. He also lived in the Playboy mansion sometimes and wrote Johnny Cash's song A Boy Named Sue.
