i would like to know if stores are required to have changing rooms. or if someone could tell me if hollister has changing rooms.

Many stores have no changing rooms, and you aren't allowed to try it on before buying it!

I could be wrong in some states as they each must have their own rules. There probably is a statute on what they would have to provide if there are changing rooms!

No, no store is required to have changing rooms. Infact, if they don't sell food, they don't have to provide a public restroom either. Some individual towns and cities have made their zoning ordinances require otherwise, but uniformly, the answer is NO.

No, I don't believe so. If they are experiencing a lot of shop lifting, I think they can do away with changing rooms.
