I would return it. What comes around goes around. I am simply afraid of Karma. Plus it's not the money that is valuable in most cases. It's those photos and the memories associated with them that makes it even more valuable to the person that lost it.

Yes - every time. Even if the wallet had an upmarket address and some flashy business cards in, I would still give it back. My Mum taught me what is right and that would be the right thing to do.
Some people would just say they would, but I've done it, and was so proud when one of my daughters (then about ten) found money in the Shopping Center and asked me to help her go to the Center's Management to hand it in. She got it back after a month when no-one claimed it, but was willing to give it up if someone had. So proud of her honesty.

Yes. I found a purse with credit cards & lots of cash in Asda's car park just before Christmas & I immediately handed it in to the Customer Service desk.

Yes I would...and I did, when I was at school I found an envelope with £400 pounds in it...I took it to the local police station...where it was later retrieved and I got £30 reward...a lot of money to me then.

Absolutely. If I'd found the person's name and
address, I'd look up their phone number and
give them a call--especially in the case of a
senior-citizen!
(They'd probably need the money more than
I would, and besides--secondary, to say the
very least, though this would be--there might
be a reward in it for me.)

I would likely turn it in, not sure about the money, but I know what it costs to replace ID.
OK, I would likely return the money too. It isn't mine, and it might be evidence.
Age has nothing to do with it.

Yes, I did it one time. I did because I did not want to add to the pain and suffering in the world. One day I lost my wallet, a lady from California mailed it back to me. So, everything does go in a circle. : )

Of course I would give it back to the owner. I would look for identification and get in touch with the owner....even if it had a million dollars in it. Pops
