This is very good that she goes to jail. She should not get any special treatment because she is famous. Hopefully this sends a message to the rest of the Hollywood elite that if you mess up you go to jail just like everyone else (probably not). All in all it is good that she is going away for even just a little bit after all of her blatant disregards for the law. Maybe she will make a freind or two in Jail.

Her license was suspended and she was put on probation for drunk driving. She is going to jail because she got caught driving in violation of the suspension and the terms of ther probation. They are doing this to make an example of her. Note this is "her". Because if this was a "kennedy" child - he would not go to jail. Like Martha Stewart this is men making an example of a woman while the men run free.

it really is purely basic ridiculous! for sure no longer!!! Paris hasn't performed something incorrect. She's youthful, attractive, and intensely very wealthy. She's playing the extreme life - and "playing the field." what's incorrect with THAT??!? would you pick to bypass to detention midsection for ingesting one awful margarita??! It's fine by me. I think it sux that people with fame & money can basically do whatever they want and not worry about it. She's no different than any other idiot who drinks & drives.

i think she needs to stay in jail longer she deserves to. it's very dangerous for all of us too!!

Well she broke the law so she deserved it. Celebrity or not, rules are rules and she disobeyed them. Honestly I don't really care. It's her mistake and not mine.
