Regular coffee with milk. No cappachinos or lattes for me!

Trader Joe's coffee is good. They also have a good supply of English and Irish tea - now that is something I drink 6-7 cups of everyday. Coffee .. may be 1.

everyday coffee routine:
8:30, 10:15, 3:15- medium coffee, 2 milks and a splenda
weekend
vanilla latte, full fat

Regular coffee....usually a columbian blend. It can be strong without that biting bitter taste.
