Frequently during pregnancy a woman gets cramps during the time her period would normally be. If you start bleeding, then you will probably miscarry.

Cramping can be a sign of miscarriage only if it's accompanied by bleeding. During early pregnancy it's normal to feel some cramping, it's the uterus expanding to prepare for the growing fetus. Other early pregnancy symptoms include: sore breasts, peeing a lot, tired all the time, mood swings, nausea.

Not usually without bleeding. Actually, many pregnancies start with some mild cramping. That's why early pregnancy symptoms are so similar to PMS symptoms. As long as there is no bleeding, I wouldn't be too concerned.

On a side not though, it is very common to have a little bit of bleeding and still be pregnant (called implantation bleeding). You can call your doctor if you are unsure or have concerns.

Mild cramping is actually an early pregnancy sign that most women get. Unless you get bleeding accompanying it, Don't worry at all. I ahd cramps with this pregnancy until about 9 weeks. It's due to all the hormones being released into your body to prepare your body for pregnancy...stretching your uterus etc. Best of luck!!!!

Mild? I wouldn't worry. Cramping is a normal sign of pregnany. I Had cramping after I found out I was pregnant, & I rarely had cramping even on my period previously. If it becomes very bad or if you have bleeding though, you need a seek medical attention. But don't worry, cramping is a normal pregnancy symptom.

only if there is blood, otherwise it is normal. Since you just found out make a doc appt immediately. I felt like I was going to get my period for the first 8 weeks or so. when you get toward the end the feeling comes back again. some people even keep it the entire time. Good Luck and God Bless!

Not always! Right now you' re probably super aware of your body and every possible symptom. Now that you have a positive from your home pregnancy test, it's time to see your doctor. Stay hydrated, and get to the doctor!

mild cramping is sometimes common in pregnancy...your uterus is expanding. I had it with my second pregnancy and it was not an issue. If it's not accompanied by bleeding, it's probably just your uterus expanding. But if it's still going on at your first dr appointment bring it up, just to be safe.
