it seems like ur BIOS battery need to be replaced or some loose connection ....BIOS battery helps to run time even when ur system is shutdown...when u open the case u will see quarter size battery on motherboard ..check that out if its loose ..but if its okay then try to buy a new one ..it shd't be very expensive ...
