No food since the pig gets its nourishment from the mother through the umbilical cord. There will be some mucus-like material there, but it is not food.

NO. It does not eat food like creatures do after they are born. All of its nourishment comes from its blood vessels that pass through the umbilical cord and end up in the mother's placenta. In that placenta there are blood vessels of the mother's that pass nourishment across to the separate blood system of the fetus.
