It seems to be official the judge is tired of dealing with Paris Hilton and she is actually going to jail this time. Just on the night news.

Do you agree or not?

I think it will time well spent, she needs a bit of the real life, wonder what she will do with no make-up and glam for 45 days? And her little dog too!

Paris's continuous and multiply repeated actions clearly proove that she is not learning from her mistakes, Which makes a consequence (jail sentence) 100% appropriate. Paris is going to *JAIL* not prison, which is MUCH rougher. I do not think they would put her in the radar of mean rough cons With the bubbas (Bubbas are big black man, 6'5 320 pounds) and the tinys (white men who are the same build as the black version). The purpose of paris being afflicted with a jail sentence is to attempt to teach her that what she does is not appropriate, and letting her off the hook has clearly demonstrated that it is not an effective method. The purpose is to not torture her. (Which sending her to prison (NOT JAIL) would do).

Even if Paris Hilton did go to jail it would be like a country club type jail so what is the point? It would almost be like the joke community service time that Naomi Campbell had to do in NY.

If it were any of us WE would have already been in jail for lying about the license thing, and WE, ALL OF US would be serving 90 days in jail. So she is still getting special treatment, and its not like she is goin to county, she is goin to some small time womans prison out in east california.

THE REAL QUESTION IS: How long will she be able to stay out of trouble when she gets out... Because her probation is now extended three years.

I have a feeling this wont be the only time she serves a little jail time... to the future...

He wont pardon her reason maximum probable she wont serve plenty if any of the 40 5 day sentence.Michele Rodriguez of lost replaced into sentenced to 60 days final 12 months and in basic terms served some hours in the previous being released through overcrowding. P. Hilton will do an identical. it is too undesirable reason if definitely everybody merits a certainty examine its her.

I think paris needs tdo do the time! there are so many people killed or seriously injured by drunk drivers, You wanna do tdhe time you gotta do the time! I just hope that when she gets out, she doesn't do it again! She'll probably get special treatment anyway, so who knows how good it will do her!
I really think she needs good rehab center to help her get her
head on strait! I am a recovering alcoholic myself and omly have just over a year sobriety, but when I think back, I was so iresponsible, I could have killed someone or myself while I wasout there, thank god tht never happened, but it could have! no there are concacuinces to every thing!

I agree that she should have been put in jail. I disagree that she didn't get special treatment. When she broke her parol for the second time, by lieing that she didn't know her licence was suspended, she should get the full 90 days in jail.

She got 45 days starting on the 5th June and has no prospect of an early release. (Yes, I do agree)

I like it!
I like seeing "paris hilton" and "jail" in the same sentence
She totally deserves it.

Anybody else who gets a probation violation goes to jail. Why should she get special treatment? Being a rich hoochie doesnt entitle you to live law free....

ha ha ha. i cant stand her, but her jail cell will probably be all pink with nice carpeting, strobe lights, large screen tv, a vanity table complete with cosmetics, perfume, etc. she needs to serve time in a penetentiary, and believe me, she wont look too pretty when they get through with her a**, literally. its sickening, i wouldnt be surprised if she gets a menu to choose what she wants to eat, i hope they treat her like they treat everyone else, dont do the crime if you cant do the time.
