I found this information online yesterday...
On its opening day in Europe and Asia Spider-Man 3 earned more than the first two films did combined on their opening days, Sony Films said Wednesday. The movie set records in many countries, including France, Italy, Belgium and Korea, the company said. The studio said it had released the film three days before its U.S. opening as a way of countering piracy.
As for U.S. totals, they will be released late Saturday night or early Sunday. They usually count Friday and Saturday as the weekend totals. I heard on tv that experts thought it may top POTC 2 opening totals.
BTW every website I have seen only estimate it cost around $300 million. I don't believe any studio would greenlight an $800 million budget for any movie no matter what it was.
EDIT---As of May 6, 2007 Spiderman 3 has made $148 million domestic and $227 million foreign for a grand total of $375 million worldwide.

well it hard to say right now but i estimate around 2billion dollars and taking about 804million to make the movie so its a little hard to say right now..........
