I think Febreeze is just an air freshener but Lysol kills bacteria. So I would say, Lysol.

Febreeze! we have Lysol: the waterfall one and it just makes the bathroom smell worse!

Actually I have used all three of these products and niether of them are the best actually. The best product I have found is one called Odo-Ban and it can be bought at Walmarts and it works well as it gets to the source of the cause of all odors and that is the bacteria and germs that are decaying whatever organic matter is around. IT has a lovely neutral type smell that is quite pleasant and in my opinion works very well.
