Possibly. Of course, there is no way of telling because flies do, indeed, have wings. If they didn't have wings, they would be some ugly, wriggling thing, like a butterfly would be without it's wings. So who knows what the name would be.

I guess since the "fly" is one of the simplest organisms that can fly, a very similarly simple organism that can only walk might be called a "walk"
