They should hire her a woman. That way, there is no way she could use charm or money to get her way.

Maybe her Daddy, this way he can see what his little girl is up to and be more careful how much of his money he gives her.. Maybe he can give her a just a small portion and put her to work for the rest of her income.
If he had educated his daughter right, none of this would be happening to her. He could start helping with getting professional help for his daughter and by helping all kids get a good education. By giving some of his money to help Education in American and getting so many kids out of Poverty he might become a Good Role Model for his lazy daughter.
