Yes especially when I was watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies, my pet turtle Michelangelo stare and watch the whole entire movie without blinking.

My cat will actually turn his back TO the tv! LOL. Although one day I was playing Amy Grant's "Big Yellow Taxi" video and he was fascinated by it... he stared at it for the entire length of the song! Ha ha.

Sometimes, especially if a dog is barking. That usually grabs his attention. It's pretty funny, he growls at the TV and gets excited.
