No, not all the time. Sometimes. If they tell me to call them back a lot, and then they don't answer their phone, then I might get upset them. And then I'll just return the favor.

Yes that's very annoying. If a person is gonna tell me to call them back then they should at least have the common courtesy to be home when they tell you to call them.

Yea, it bothers me that people have all the time in the world that they go out of their way to irritate someone. Of course, this also depends how long ago the message was delivered and then received. They might have had to go somewhere and it could not wait.
