However, it would be better if you could go to some sort of real life classes. Since ballroom is a couple dance, it is very important to learn the connection skills to your partner. Also, the teacher will point out your mistakes in real life and make the learning process much easier. Do yourself a favor and search local dance studios on the same website for classes. Group classes are not expensive at all.

You can't. It's possible to get a taste on some sites, and ballroomdancers.com is probably the best, but you'll never get your frame right without personal instruction, and the most important thing is connection, and you certainly can't feel that on line. Even taking a single step forward is remarkably different in foxtrot than it is in tango, and they are completely different from the latin dances. There's no way to learn these by just watching even the best video clips.
