Which conservatives? Christian, value, social, fiscal, they can't even agree with themselves any more, that's why the republican party is going down the tubes and our Christian compassionate conservative President is the perfect example.

In all honesty no. We never can turn on the TV these days without hearing about something the Liberals did that Conservatives disliked or that the Conservatives that the liberals disliked

give me a break.
except for a few phony issues THERE IS NO POLITICAL DIFFERENCE.
lets - lets name a few issues that are important to regular americans and you can just tell me which of the ruling parties, the conservative one or the liberal one, represents that issue.
term limits - poll after poll has shown that most americans would support congressional term limits. the issue has never been raised in congress.
removal of big money from politics - virtually all americans agree that there is way too much money in the american political process. now tell me which party or even individual politician has taken any REAL steps to remove big money from politics - and please don't be stupid and understand that in spite of this - each election cycle gets more and more expensive.
dems and republicans have very little difference on important issues.
only if you think gay marriage and abortion are really important issues will you think that there is any real difference...

I think everyone agrees that something must be done about illegal immigration. It has taken time, but it looks like conservatives are finally coming around on the global warming issue as well. At least, Newt and McCain have, so I expect many others will eventually follow.

Abortion and civil unions not gay marriage; that's about it.
I believe in more social and economic freedom from government, that's why I consider myself a Libertarian. Liberals are suppose to be for more social freedom, but the modern liberal movement is the opposite of what they say they are about! They are about conformity to the liberal view, anything else is either labeled racist or non progressive! That is not social freedom!
Other examples are smoking in private businesses, liberals want to take away that social freedom. I can see for government property, but private property? What's next, banning smoking in the household? Also, seatbelt use. It's my personal responsibility to decide to wear one or not. According to big government liberal democrats, they know what's best for me, so it's law that I have to wear one! Libs want less personal responsibility and accountability by putting the decision making in the hands of government.

The 14th Amendment. Children of illegal aliens should not be called citizens. In reality, they are already not citizens according to an 1880's Supreme Court ruling.

I agree that every crime, scheme, or nefarious plot the Democrats accuse the Republicans of doing has actually happened, only it's the Democrats who actually did it.
