We Are The Champions by Queen. I know that song is normally played at the end of a winning game but really if you listen to the lyrics, that song DEFINITELY applies when graduation time rolls around.

I've heard of the song "Seasons of Love" from the musical Rent, being played at a Graduation.

I don't know about graduation, but one year at my highschool they had played "Who Let the Dogs Out?" after the bell rang on the last day of school. That was pretty funny..
