There are only 2 options: A) All phone based ISPs rent lines from Chung Wa Telecom and are pretty much the same. Pick one B) Get a line from your local TV Co. This is cheaper and sometimes faster. PS Internet in Taiwan seems to be pretty slow. Live with it.
