There are two things you need to know. One, be careful using online business networks such as Alibaba.com. I use that website, but there are a significant number of scammers there and on many other sites. Two, what kinds of clothes. Are you looking for some basic designs that you want to add your label to? Are you looking to sell certain brands? Until you can answer those questions and get more specific your idea will go nowhere.

You should post ads on craigslist or in a local paper, saying you are looking to buy lots of vintage clothing to start your store. Craigslist is free, so its deffinately worth a shot!
