Dont Hate~ Have you seen florida county jail system ? I am soooo sure little paris could have paid her sentence on house arrest. Her blood alchol level was .08 Just at the legal limit .I have seen judges , attorneys ,balifs,sheriffs and gramma's and grandpas after 2 martinis with dinner guess what folks ~ Legally drunk ! True paris is all over the papers shes a big party girl . I certainly think the Judge is making a point to her and her freinds

I am extremely pleased that finally the justice system overlooked one's celebrity status and made them pay for what they did. Simply because Paris has enough money to pay for fines, does not mean she should go free. She was given so many chances and warnings just like everyone else who receives a DUI. Yet, Paris felt she was above the law and ignored everything she was supossed to do and did everything she wasn't suppossed to do. Its just very relieving to know that justice is blind and no one is above the law. No matter how many times we thought justice failed us, in this situation, it has made up for the past.

I am! Why should she be different than anyone else? I think it would be great for her. Perhaps she'll grow up and quit with the juvenile stunts before she hurts someone.
Sadly, I have a feeling that she will either find a way to get out of it, like most wealthy people do... or just make her jailtime into a documentary.

If you can't do the time don't do the crime. she shouldn't be sent to jail she should pay a big hefty fine because she can. and make her work for 45 days straight a hard 8hr day.make her cook , clean in places she has never seen! and keep her on probation for 2yrs our jails and prisons are over crowded we need the jail cells for bigger criminals.

she must not be wealthy enough or have enough clout. the kennedys get away with murder and rape, and the only thing that paris did was drive drunk a couple of times. go figure. couldn't have happened to a better person, just a shame teddy isn't joining him

in a way i sort of am she was not such a nice girl but ya i think they should shoot her in the head lol such a slut omg i thought britney spears was a slut (b4 she was bald now no one would sleep with her in a million years of begging and being paid lol) but ya i mean seriously that idiot thought she was sexy and **** she needs to think again the ppl that she slept with got paid or dares or mayb even lost a bet lol but i mean they must have had a bad reason for it. it couldnt have been becuz they wanted to i mean really so ya well thats just one persons opinion
