My juvie male ig has his internal cloacal tissue stickin out of his cloaca. can u tell me whats wrong?

I have seen this occur in Savannah Monitors before but not in iguanas. The iguana needs to get to the vet. What kind of substrate are you using? When this happened to the Savannah Monitor, the person was using crushed walnut bedding and the lizard ate it.

That could be very serious, you need to take it to a vet emediatly, it could be from something he ate, poor nutrition, or a parasitic infection, with any of them he needs a vet
