Nope. Fast food is not healthy. Period. On top of it being fast food, it's fried and covered in refined bleached white flour. Oh, and the skin is kept on the chicken. It's still made with hydrogenated oil which is very similar to trans fat. They try to make it seem like it's so much better for you now that they got rid of trans fat, but it is NOT.

Fast food in general is not healthy.
Trans fats aren't the only fats that matter despite what alot of people believe.

Actually the answer can be YES.. If you really like the chicken, simply buy just the chicken and take it home and serve it with your own salad and vegetables... stay away from the whole dinner package deals they try to push on you.

No, not at all. Just doesn't have the evil trans fat, still has plenty of fat, sodium and calories.

Have you heard how they treat the chickens they kill? They cut out their throats, then throw them in boiling hot water, even if concious. I'm seriously not making this up. Check the site below. I'll never eat there again. Also, please sighn the petition.

I think its healthier, but not great still. Doesn't matter to me. I'll be eating it everyday once our new KFC opens. I ate it everyday anyways. :D Enjoy it.
