I want to get into acting or modeling really bad!!!

Take classes and get an agent...
For acting - do as much stage work as you can - at school.. and out of school... and do join classes.... and brush up on your movie skills - ie about directors etc
Modelling - get a friend to take some photos of you - (not all covered in heavy make up) and send them off to a modelling agency etc.... and enter modelling comps in magazines etc

Be very careful when trying to get your foot in the door of a modeling agency. Most agencies are not legitimte. Legitimate modeling agencies NEVER charge the model for photographs or anything. If you want to act, again, be very careful.
NEVER pay an agent, the agent gets his money once the actor makes money.
The agent is entitled to a 10% commission of the fee received by the actor.
