I had just had my wisdom teeth pulled out two days before, the doctor gave me vicodin and took me off of it because she said it was too strong for me and that might have caused the vomiting...And I was not nauseous b4 I vomited.

Well you have to find out reason about your vomiting. If pill does not suits you then go back to doctor and try another pill if not other method of birth control. do not mess up with pills. seek doctors advise. Spartan

Use back up protection for the rest of the month until you get your period. You could take one pill early in the day and one at your usual time. Finish your pack as scheduled. Buy a barrier and or spermicide and condom to avoid pregnancy. You could get pregnant if you don't. The risk of pregnancy is the greatest when pills are missed the first week of the pack and at the end of the pack. You need seven days straight of pills taken at the same time to prevent pregnancy. Missed pills is a major reason for unintended pregnancy. Take precautions. If you continue to vomit or frequently miss pills, consider a different form of contraception and see your prescriber.

The symptons are similar to pregancy but it is your estrogen or hormonal balaces that are active to the ingredients of the type of pill you are taking. You should take only one. Pls follow your doctors prescription for they are not the starter water pills that help induce the body....They usually regulate well to the body within the first month. If your nauseau persits, the tolerance of your body is a signal of when to contact your nurse or doctor = another type of pill or another alternate such as condoms, the diaphram, or the IUD (this is painful to many) if it is still around. If you are sexually active, do see your GYN for all your concerns.

Wow you should not be taking another pill, you should call up your doctor about it stating you puke after you take a pill... Then see what the doctor says and tell him what all happened (and about taking more than one pill).

you take two today, but make sure he wears a condom because since you threw up you are not protected. If you throw up again today, stop taking the pills all together and make an appointment with your doctor

I think you should pay attention to what your body is saying. "Hey girl, stop giving me that". Also, visit your doctor.
