King Henry V of England was known as 'King Harry'. Prince Harry officially would become Henry IX, but as everybody has known him as Harry for so long, it's likely the name would stick.
His Mother went from being known as 'Lady Di' to 'Princess Di' without any executions at the Tower of London...

Prince Harry(Henry Charles Albert David) can use any of his christened names if he were to become King . Most likely he would choose to remain Harry till he become King.
Most British monarchs use their first baptismal name as their regnal name. When Princess Elizabeth as Heir Presumptive became Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in 1952, she was asked what name she wished to use, and she responded, "Why, my own name; what else?" There had been speculation that she would leave the name Elizabeth as the unique possession of the earlier monarch who, as a consequence of the accession of Elizabeth II, has been since 1952 known as Elizabeth I of England.
It is rumoured that Charles, Prince of Wales (Charles Philip Arthur George Mountbatten-Windsor) wishes to assume the regnal name of "George VII" upon his accession to the throne, in light of the unpopularity of both previous British kings who reigned using the name Charles.[1] Charles I was beheaded for treason during the English Civil War (1642-1660) under the orders of Oliver Cromwell and is not remembered fondly; his son, Charles II, while in many ways popular, was nonetheless regarded with suspicion for his Catholic sympathies—suspicions borne out by his deathbed conversion—and for allowing the succession of his outwardly Catholic brother, James II. The regnal name George is dynastically acceptable to the Windsor family.
If Prince William of Wales assumes the throne using his baptismal name, he would reign as William V. Assuming that he lives into his mid-80s and the UK remains a monarchy, there would then be a William reigning over England on the millennial anniversary of conquest of England by William I, better known as William the Conqueror, who established the modern state of England. Of course, Prince William might possibly take a regnal name different from his own. Both Charles and William have a middle name "Arthur", leading some to fanciful speculation that a real king of that mythical name might reign some day.

He would be formally known as King Henry, but still be called Harry by his family and friends...and possibly by the press.
His full name is Henry Charles Albert David.
For your information:Queen Victoria loved her husband so much, that she wanted male grandchildren to have his name,Albert,as part of their names. It looks like Charles is honoring his family history by including the name of Albert in Harry's names.

His actual christened name is Henry so he would be King Henry IX but he would still be called Harry.

It was his mother Diana herself , who announced that he would be christened Henry, but would be called Harry. It has been quite common throughout English history to refer to anyone named Henry, as "Harry".

If anything happened to the Queen like she died then the line of succession would go to Princes Charles who is second in line but if something happened to both Prince Charles or William then the throne would go to Prince Harry who is third in line to British Throne then we would have King Henry the ninth and Queen Chelsea (Chelsea being his girlfriend I think she is South African I know she lives there.)

It would be up to him. I have heard that Prince Charles wants to be known as George after he takes the throne.

His name is Harry...it's not short for Henry or anything like that - so if he were king, he'd be King Harry.
He's such a party boy, I think we'd be laughing at a lot of things King Harry would do!

Well, his name is Harry, not Henry, so I suppose they would still call him Harry.
