You can be bloated yes, but you can be the same and NOT be pregnant as well.

Well that's a little early but one thing that does happen in pregnancy is that all your joints and muscles become a little extra stretchy! It's a hormone or something your body starts to produce. So if you normally have very tight toned muscles you might actually notice a little looseness there maybe. You could also be retaining water or you may have been eating a little too much on accident!

Of course if you are on a 2nd or 3rd pregnancy your body can pooch at an accelerated rate since it seems like it knows to give up right away! LOL

It is possible that you get a little tummy, but it's not the baby yet. It's a mixture of bloating and you inside just starting to be pushed upward by your uterus. Your baby is still way down on your pelvis and is too tiny take up a whole lot of room.

No. At this point, your baby is about the size of the tip of a pen. You might feel and look bloated a little bit, but you do NOT 'show' at 4 weeks.

When I was four weeks pregnant, I was working out intensely and was wondering why I had a slight bulge in my belly that was not going away (I didn't know I was pregnant at the time). So yes, I do believe it is possible for you to bulge out at four weeks.

20 weeks pregnant

The baby is about the size of a grain of rice and your uterus is still located at about your pubic bone. So no, you wouldn't be "showing" at 4 weeks. You're probably either bloated, or just very eager.

yeah but the only way this happens is because you start eating for 2 the baby is not like even as big as a grain of rice yet.
