help with no startup with toshiba l25-s121 tryed to start with windows cd still won't startup.?

has windows xp home tryed using cd to startup it will run through to recovery and still does the samething??????? help please

Hit F12 when it's starting and you should get a screen that will let you boot from the CD.

Is the BIOS set to boot from CD first?
