Limewire is totally free if you go for the free version. Or you can pay $20 a year for the other version but their pretty much the exact same thing. Morpheous is another free one.

There's limewire, bearshare, and morpheus. They pretty much run the same, but bearshare has changed its format. All are free for trial.

limewire is free but the limewire pro gives more music
