She'll have it made, everybody will have a big brown nose,
it'll be a piece of cake for her. She'll want for nothing, That's if she gets jail time.People will look out for her and make her life as sweet as possible under the conditions. it'll be an adventure for her, , there won't be months or years with no visits, she'll always get mail, there will always be money in her commissary account and if it ran out someone will always be there to give her things, she'll be privy to any perks that other inmates can extend within thier power. The Correction Officers will find her to be a novelty so they'll watch every move she makes beyond the norm and there will be gossip on every ones lips and an un nerving lack of privacy (if she is like everyone else she'll be forced to use showers and toilets that are open and are not private, same with dormitory housing, some facilities may have old style housing but who knows where she'll land.)Unless she is made an example of, she'll will have much leniency and the sentence will be a big joke, like with Martha Stewart, who's time in jail was ridiculous. 1st offense normally gets probation, and if it's too serious to let them walk then the sentence should call for years not months, a few months is light so it's pointless and a mockery and insult to an ordinary citizen who can get sentenced to the max allowed if they have the bad luck of an over loaded public defender who can have upwards of 80 cases at a time or a judge thats fed up with the revolving door and may have been preciding in that same division for some time and overly cranky etc etc.but Paris Hilton won't have that problem , she'll have a high profile representation, the best money can buy and if the media doesn't criticize and antagonize the handling of her case she'll do OK if it's , so the media can influence &instigate how harsh her reprimand may be.Miss Hilton can get some sleep, do some fasting get all the magazines in the mail to keep her busy, while she thanks her lucky stars that she still has life pretty damn good and be glad she didn't kill someone. This Time,
**A note to Paris........
Why in the world would you drive when you could have had a driver? He'd do your parking and pick you up etc etc.?
Maybe the claim of 1 year of celibacy has created an imbalance in your reasoning little did you know you'd have help achieving this goal beware, some of the jail house studs rap a good game .(After awhile they start to look pretty good) You love the bad girl attention and used History's all time best seller to get it. You already had the fortune , so play it to the hilt and hope you don't get paired up with jeolous females who love bad girl attention like you, harassing you Miss Hilton can make another needy seeker of attention famous for a minute or so and just a little richer, although not as rich as you.

I am sure that she will Be a model prisoner !! pardon the pun.
To be fair there are too many so called celebrities that guilty of crime and walk the judge decides she should go to jail then sod her and her feelings.
Thing is she will be close to break down and a wreck when she comes out and will have a photo call and sell her story and make money she is an ***.

She will not go to prison. Governor Schwarzenegger will lift her sentence as it's just not feasible to send a personality such as she into custody. She will be attacked and harassed, even killed by her fellow inmates. She will no doubt be given some community punishment to complete. Utterly unfair on the rest of us mere mortals of course, but thats the way life is.

I doubt she will go to jail where she belongs. She will buy her was out. My child was killed by a drunk driver so feel very strongly about drunk drivers, the laws, and the punishment. She should serve her sentence. Also have counseling , although it probably wouldn't do any good. She is a spoiled brat now and would be in jail.

IF SHE GOES, Paris will be put up in a luxury "jail"; of course, according to California if she chooses where to be jailed she will have to pay the costs. OMG

she's gonna get a visit from Helga in the middle of the night and have a broomstick rammed up her hoohaaa!

Kidding! I hope you have a sense of humor.

I actually have no idea how she will react. She probably won't be in there for long though.

Is she really?!! God I don't know how she'll react but I'm sure she will milk selling her story of the experience for all it is worth. It will be a bit of reality check for her and she really needs one...she is not above the law.
