dude they dont play basketball alot in africa. soccer is their game. the few ones who venture into basketball end up in the NBA . hekeem olajuwon comes to mind

u cant just give a ball to a black man in africa and expect him to be able to dribble the ball and dunk. in america black players play more thus having better technique, and people in america have better nutrition than in africa so they develop better.
