If i go into "Users" and create a new computer administrator account simply named "Administrator", will it show up on the welcome screen the next time I start up on Windows XP? Or would I have to log on to that account with the classic menu (ie. pressing ALT + CRTL + DEL twice and then entering "Administrator" as the user name).

Thanks in advance. It's a really question, but I'm too stupid to know.

If there is no user account in the name of Adminstrator it will appear!

There is already an administrator account, it sets up on install. It normally does not have a password, this is a massive security hole. To access it you do need to set the classic login, or go into safe mode.

You can add an "administrator" account that way, but there is still a "backdoor" account that can override. This is the true administrator account. The only way to access it is whenever you boot your computer up. F12 will take you to the boot menu and you can work with it from there

you can not make a user called adminisrator because it already exits.

DO NOT GO INTO THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT BECAUSE IT WILL STUFF UP YOUR COMPUTER MAKING IT UNFIXABLE
