How do you hook up the antinea in a 1996 Ford Contour gl 2.0 4cyl?

The car used to be my grandma's and it was given to me after her death and I need to know how to hook up the antinea. I hate trying to drive with no music.

The antenna plugs into the back of the radio or into a short cable coming out of the back of the radio. It's a black cable about 1/4" thick.
