Bugs?? Um, get off the puter and get your woman friend to a hospital, bugs infesting any part of the body or body bi-product is not good!

No. Kidney stones I can accept. Bugs make no sense whatsoever. Is she sober? If she has bugs, they may be crabs or lice falling off her pubic hair. She needs checked by a medical professional. You should avoid sex with her until she has been cleared by a medical professional, check yourself, and see a doctor yourself if you too see "bugs". Is this a very serious relationship? Good luck to you both.

Urinating bugs! Probably find out the 'bugs' are in the water tank that is used to flush the toilet and so after she flushes the bugs fill the toilet bowl. The when she uses the toilet she thinks the bugs are coming from her.

Does your friend suffer from yeast infections? A parasite can grow from yeast infections I have had the same issue. I have frequent yeast and urinary tract infections. I do not have lice or crabs. I have not been sexually active in over two years and yet I have the issue back. I suggest going to the Dr. and letting them know what is going on.

While not common, it is possible to have pinworms in the vagina or urinary tract. She should really see a doctor. If I thought I had bugs I would go to the ER immediately!!!

She might have lice in her pubic hair or something. Instead of asking some strangers on here she should seriously get herself checked out by a docter.
