To me it is really upsetting when a woman tells me they don't want to have children. Usually the top answers are they don't want to deal with them, they don't want to go through the pain of labor, the world is 'too evil' now of a place to bring children into it, or that it would interfere with their career. These all are very selfish reasons. If women have the capabilities to have children, they should. I know some women are barren and cannot but to the majority that can, it is their job to help populate the earth. Everyone if these women's lives are due to childbirth and without childbirth, there would be no people to love and no one to obey the Holy Commandments. For a woman to choose to make herself 'barren' is a disgrace to womanhood. What's even worse is now women that do not want children can have them destroyed by abortion. All these terrible things are seen by God and the cries of the children being aborted will make it all the way to the throne of God.

One in five women in the USA feel this way. If you ask me that is not enough. I had a vasectomy at age 21. I spent nearly 20 years trying to meet a woman that does not want kids. At the time, I didn’t know that they are so common.

As for GOD’s holy commandments, I am a Buddhist, but I probably know your “rulebook” better than you do. As for the task given to Adam and Eve, in Genesis 1:22; Mankind has already completed that task. The world is now overpopulated. Also, did it every occur, to you, that maybe Genesis 1:22 is somewhat metaphorical? Perhaps it was not meant to be taken literally? Ok, yes, I have heard the argument that the bible must be taken 100% literally. Psalm 18:31 says that GOD is a rock. So please take care around rocks, you might be stepping on GOD.

Anyway, if you want your mate to be a “baby making slave” and to loose her identity to be only known as “Some kids mom”, that is your choice. I’d rather have a woman with a brain, and a career.

Good luck.

Personally I don't understand it but there are a lot of women out there who are mothers that should not be. My sister made the decision becuase she does not want to treat her child as she was (she was adopted by my parents) very abused both physically and mentally. Some women (such as clebrities) (generally speaking of course) should not be mothers since all the do is pay for someone else to raise their child. They are more interested in their carreer than their children. I think if they are that selfish then they should not have them as the child is going to be the one to suffer for it.

You need to chill.
I hardly think women not wanting children is a real problem considering the fact that the Earth is far overpopulated. There are millions of children that don't have enough to eat or live in sanitary conditions. From my point of view not wanting a child is better then giving birth to one and then having it neglected because you can't afford to feed it. And, when it really comes down to it, it's a woman's choice whether or not she wants to get pregnant. It's HER body, it's HER life, thus it is HER choice whether she wants to chance bringing a new life -and a huge responsibility- into this world.
So hell no, I do not think it's wrong.

Before getting pregnant, a woman or couple can choose not to have children and many people are happy this way. They are not doing anything wrong by recognizing that parenting is not something they want to do. What if they are being smart recognizing they do not have the patience, the finances, or the ability to do an excellent job parenting. This is not selfish, it is self less and realistic.

What is a disgrace is people like you twisting the Bible or your interpretation of God to make people feel bad because they have a different opinion.

No, but I do think it's wrong for a woman OR a man to decide to have children and not really want them! As a matter of fact, there would be far less child abuse in the world if people who didn't want kids would just not get pregnant!

What is it with you and women?

If they don't want to have children, that's their choice. The men shouldn't have any say in the matter. They don't have to go through 9 months of pregnancy then labor. DEAL WITH IT!

I thik that's stupid. We are the ones who create mankind, we give life to a human being. Is wrong to have an abortion just because they don't want it and kill them. Have they ever heard about signing some papers for an adoption? Millions of couple will die to raise a family. They must think adoption, not abortion.

No, I do not think it's wrong... personally, I think that if a woman can have kids, she should, but it's all up to her... she might not have the time or the money to take care of the kids. What I DO think is totally wrong, though, is abortion. If God gives you a child, you should keep the child and raise him or her or put your kid up for adoption. Abortion=murder.

~Abortion..... yes, God hears the cries of the destroyed children. The helpless babies that have no choices.

I totally agree, but the alternative would be that the child be abused or worse. I think I'd rather have the woman get an abortion than the woman kill the innocent child. But also if she didn't want to get pregnant then she should've used birth control and condoms. Me personally if I thought that I was pregnant then I would take care of the baby. I could never harm a child or abort a baby. but that's just me.
