Thin. If I want bread, I'll buy a loaf!! I want the crust to be a very minor part of the pizza experience. I want to taste the toppings, and the cheese, Ohhhhhhhh the cheese!! Oh yeah, and the crust better "crunch" when I bite it, no floppy dough for me thank you!!

My family comes from Tuscany. There is only one way to have Pizza, and that's with a thin crust.

Thin crust is the way to go, this way you can experience the full flavor of the pizza without it being to bread-y or dough-y
