first of all i would call for help(i hate elevetors) and then i would try to talk to you to distract myself from the fact that im in an elevator that was stuck midair and other things

I would start by asking you "how on earth do you come up with all those cool questions!" I have several friends who have commented on what you ask, so it's high praise indeed.
I think it would be pretty fun for awhile because I am guessing with your intelligence and my incomparable sarcasm we'd be laughing when they finally got that sucker moving again.

That would depend on what kind of a sport you are. We could give the building maintenance guy reason to gush to his friends at happy hour. You can pretend can't you? He only has to think we are.....

panic, and hope like hell that i could get a signal on my mobile phone ! i hate being stuck in confined spaces. i'd have to get out as soon as possible...

Introduce myself, small talk, share my water bottle, play 20 questions, complain w/ you about how bad we have to pee, pee in the empty water bottle.....hopefully by then they'd get us out.
