If he had died it would be all over the headlines. God knows the media would want to jump all over that news like everyone else. All else fails check out that web page Howard Stern set up for him, to get everyone to vote for the worst Idol, that site was designated for only him and that would definitely have news of any incident.

No, but I read in the Enquirer that his mother was in jail for drug charges. Explains alot of what "enquiring minds want to know"....lol
