I don't know about seagulls, but pigeons sure do. I remember working for a construction company when I was 16 or 17 when the box wanted me to take his Mercedes to a local car wash. I was only happy to do so and it was my first time driving a Mercedes.

So I took it to a local place called the Minute Man Car Wash (long since closed) and brought it back about 30 minutes later. Another 30 minutes go guy and the box calls me to help him clean the hood. There was literally about 3 dozen bird droppings on the hood...it was too funny.
