I don't think losing the will to do anything is being bored; it sounds more like you are depressed. But, when I am feeling either bored or depressed I like to sleep, preferably with some of the animals who live with me snuggled up close.

Eventually, if I gather some strength, it helps to take the dogs for walkies or I walk to a close Half Price Book store to find something to read. When I was younger I wrote long, moody poems. One always writes better poetry when sad.

I'm rarely bored... but that doesn't mean I'm active, I'm just working things about in my head all the time... you know, I did got bored a while ago, it was quite an interesting experience! Took a while to recognise that it was boredom in fact, I mean, I couldn't be sure, didn't sink in immediately...

Now, if you asked me how frustrated I was, that'd be a bit of a challenge...

Dear, it happens sometimes.
Its so natural. Such a phase comes in each and every body's life.
The best remedy for this is to spend some meaningful time with your peers and your family members.
Share those happy moments with them.
Laugh, play and try to avoid being alone.
Think of your happiest moments shared with friends and sister or brother.
It's a very short phase of your life. It will pass on like a bubble of water.
Now smile please.
