Best? You don't ask for much do you?

Try LBSU, Liberty Star Uranium. They used to be Liberty Star Gold, staked out enough of Alaska to start a new state but never got to digging anything. Instead they started looking for uranium in Arizona during the winter (Arizona is great for winters, I know by experience). Now they've also got lots of places staked out and contracted with another company to start digging dirt. But there was no news since, so maybe they will or maybe they won't. But if you are looking for a place, LBSU could stand some extra trading, I'm way behind in my position.

Seriously, look at USU, they provide enriched uranium to the power companies with nuclear generation.
