You know dear, if a woman is dumb enough to fall for your crap, then I think she will figure out what a phone call from you is worth. She might be playing you and not giving you a real number anyway. Women need meaningless (and probably not satisfying) sex every so often too.

Surely, this is a joke question, but on the off chance that it isn't, perhaps your performance will be so pathetic she won't want you to call and will give you the number for the time service or post office if you ask for hers, which is what I used to do.

If your not going to call her, don't sleep with her. Besides being rude and manipulative, you never know what diseases she may have. And then there is the issue of pregnancy. There is no birth control method other than abstinence that is 100% effective.
