I think The Terminator would win.
Why,
1) He generally seems tougher.
2) He's more mobile and doesn't move like a robot like Robocop does.
3) In both Terminator 2 and Terminator 3, a bunch of cops have been shooting him hundreds of times and it hadrly phased him whereas in Robocop 3 when all those OCP soldiers with their guns opened fire on RoboCop, RoboCop was getting too messed up and lost his aim and could'nt even shoot one of those guys.
That's why I would have to go with The Terminator.

the terminator for the same reasons and that he's cooler than RoboCop.

Hard to say. People seem to forget Robocop doesn't really have soft parts either, anymore, too. What LOOKS like his face is just plastic, too - even the eyes. Remember: "They MADE this... to honor HIM." All that's left is (part of) a brain and that brain is packed inside a superhardened alloy skull. Consider this. In RC 2, he fell off a very tall building (call it 600 feet). Yet, he got up and kept fighting. So strength and toughness-wise I'd say they're about even. One on one, it's anyone's guess. Of course, we are talking about Robocop mark 1 versus a Terminator 800 or 850 model. Against the 1000 or the T-X he would be as good as defeated. I wonder how a Terminator would do against an ED-209... or the Robocop mark 2.3.

Obviously, The Terminator would win! All Robocop could do is stand there and shoot at Terminator. Terminator would just ignore the shots and "bye bye Robocop". LOL!!
I like the question you or someone asked last week about 'The Terminator & Robocop VS Alien & Predator'.... Now THAT would be some good dancing! ;-)

I think the TERMINATOR would win. Why? Robocop is man-made, and a hero for today. He was made by man, and is able to be destroyed.
The Terminator was made by machines, was conceived in the mind of a machine/computer system determined to take over and destroy mankind. (I forget what the system was called in T3). If you think about it, the TERMINATOR was not destroyed; it was improved upon.

Definitely The Terminator,he at least has the potential to do something else with his life,even after kickin the heck out of RoboCops bionic butt. He could end up being a politcian,or somethin'.

I am also going with the Terminator. I don't think that Robocop would have it in him to destroy the Terminator.
