No, I went to college at 26 and graduated at 30 with a B.A. in Education: Art K-12 . Now at 39, I'm back in school as a full time graduate student working on an M.S. in Graphic Communications. It isn't easy..... but it is never to late.

No, but make sure you're ready. Make sure you won't be in debt, you don't have young children to take care of (I don't think you do at 26, but I just want to make sure), or any other important business that will interfer with your choice. I'm in high school at the moment, and I know I'm going to stay for an extra year in school, save up a good amount of money, and go to university when I'm 20-21 years old. Don't be in a rush, but don't delay it either if you're ready to go.

No, it is never to late to go to college. You are still young at 26. Besides, it is usually better to go to college when you are a bit older because you will have your priorities straight. There are people in college who are in there 40s.
