I think a friend of mine is... how do I put this... "turning tricks". I having a feeling she may be a (hope Yahoo doesn't get offended) a prostitute. What tips it off is:

1. I always catch her getting out of random, strange men's cars. Trust me, I know she doesn't know them very well.

2. She told me her first date ever was at the Mariott Hotel.

3. She talks to strange men all the time.

4. She's friends with a few police officers.

5. She's always living with random people that she just met.

I'm not kidding you guys. I know it sounds a little strange but this is true. How can I find out for sure if she's a prostitute or not?

Okay, it's not the most normal thing in the world to go up to a friend and say "Hey, how ya doing? By the way, are you a prostitute?"

Forgive me for being hesitant to do that...

You could ask her for your own personal satisfaction but really if you are her true fried would it really matter to you or affect your friendship at all? True friendship as one would have it put should be unconditional shouldnt it? It sounds like she is up to something but maybe you should just talk to her about it before you jump to conclusions.

Well, you need to first decide if this is your place to talk about this or not. Then if it is, see if she is being paid or not. she may be another four letter word beginning with an SL and ending with UT which yahoo wont let me type.

There could be many explanations, she could even be a drug dealer, private investigator, or snitch. Lead in by telling her what you have observed then ask her. If she's an acquaintance it's none of your business.

I think she is into some pretty shady sh**...I would just ask her straight out!
If she is, try to convince her to stop or tell a family member.
God I hope not...that would be so sad.

Well, one possibility is to ask her if she knows a way you can make some extra money, but, honestly, what do you intend to do with the"information"?
