Ask yourself what 'drives' each of the options:

A: Electricity
B: Nuclear reactions
C: Steam (water)
D: Combustion of fuel

Now in which situation is there a chemical reaction? The answer is D, because in combustion the energy given off arises from the breaking of the bonds within the fuel. And then that energy is used to move a car or what have you.

The combustion engine in your car converts the chemical energy in the gasoline to mechanical energy in your wheels turning. (The chemical energy is converted to heat energy which causes the expansion of gases which pushes the piston-turns the crank-turns the wheels-moves the car.
