I'm trying to figure out at what distance people around my age/height are jumping to see if i'm on track for my running long jump. I'm currently 14 yrs old, 5'2 and can jump around 440 cm (14.6ft). What about you? Plz and thanks

Are you a girl? If so, that is a pretty good start. You are definitely on track for being a good long jumper. Just keep training consistently and stay injury-free and you could be jumping 17 when you are a senior!

If you are a boy, then you have your work cut out for you. It helps if you haven't had your growth spurt yet, because you will be able to jump farther just by the growth and added muscle mass brought on by puberty.
