How do i put on an entergetic concert?

my band is playing a show soon, and i want the crowd to be into it. how do i put a show that will make the crowd enjoy every bit?

You don't have to have Robin Williams' wit to say stuff or do stuff between songs to keep the crowd interested. Tell them about how you got into singing or songwriting, and how you enjoy playing in that town. If you ARE a ham, ham it up.

The most important part is to play the music well.
